Online Banking Bulletin

Current online banking members (users of Home Financial Services) were transitioned to a new online banking platform as of 5 June 2012. While this transition is meant to better serve all members, some users may experience difficulty when initially logging into the site. Please see login instructions below. Please know, due to our efforts to create as seamless of a transition as possible, users will be forced to change current passwords after logging in. This requirement is to protect your security, privacy, and maintain the integrity of your account details.

  • Your Logon ID remains the same...your account number. (You have the option of changing this once logged in.) If your Logon ID is not recognized, please select the menu option to enroll online.
  • Your security code is your current password. (Some user passwords were reset due to technical requirements. If your password contained special characters and you believe the credit union has your email address on file, select the "Forgot Security Code" link to reset your security code. If this does not work, contact the credit union to update your email address.)
  • The credit union must have a current, valid email address on file for all online banking members. Once logged in, select "Self Service" followed by "Personal Information" and verify your information and email address are correct.
  • Within the coming weeks, all members will be required to utilize "Enhanced Authentication" for security purposes. You may select to activate this feature now by marking the checkbox while resetting your security code.
