New Accounts
To assist the government in their fight against terrorism and money laundering, all financial institutions are required by Federal Law to obtain, verify, and record identifying information from each person who opens an account.
In short: When opening an account, we ask that you provide us your name, address, date of birth, as well as other information that will help us to identify you. We also ask that you provide us with a current copy of your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Because the privacy of our members and other visitors to this website is of the utmost importance, we adhere to the following privacy policy:

1. Information Areas: The PFD Firefighters' Credit Union collects and stores for staff use only information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses.   We may use this information in surveys to improve the quality of website information and services to members.
   
2. General Information Areas: The PFD Firefighters' Credit Union collects information on domain names and dates and times of website visits. This information allows us to track website use, measure site traffic, and improve site navigation and information.
3. E-mail: The PFD Firefighters' Credit Union may use feedback information from members and non-members to respond to inquiries, comments or suggestions.

Information is never sold, given, or disclosed to third parties.
